The happiest places in Britain

Another fantastic survey is upon us. In the midst of slow news days the companies pull out old press releases to jam into the paper and online to try and fill in the blanks and keep views and readers engaged. One of the most recent ridiculous, unproveable surveys is which place in the United Kingdom is the “happiest.” They analyse this by asking people all over the country how happy they are and then collating the highest number of positive responses (not as a percentage..) and determining who is happiest.
A town in Northern Ireland is the happiest, while people in some of the Midlands and North of England towns are among the most unhappy. I bet your glad I shared this information with you, aren’t you? You can jump online to see if your town made the shortlist for most miserable or the happiest – though I’m not sure why you’d want to.
